I had known her for million years…

I had known her for million years and again it was time for
goodbyes.

After few drinks and most interesting conversations we walked
in the rain to a square where we parted.

She was holding her umbrella in between us the handle directly
in front of her face and wept. We hugged and spoke few words
which mattered as little as the light rain falling from the
night sky. I moved her umbrella aside a little and kissed her
lips. She didn't answer to my kiss, just held her umbrella
with both hands, and tears fell from her eyes. I smiled and
said bye then turned and walked away in the rain.

I knew I would meet her again and know her for another
million years to come, but unsure if we could ever reach such
a peak of poetry and excitement.

Next morning I flew away not knowing what to think about
umbrellas.
